Orders received on a Friday after 12pm EST will be processed on Monday. We make the effort to ship every order within 3 business days after receipt of payment. NEW - Payment via Wire Transfer from your Bank Account
We added this payment module on special request from our customers in Europe. If you would like to use it, please make sure you cover ALL arising expenses for the bank transfer, or the order cannot be considered as paid and therefore cannot be shipped. We will ship your order as soon as we receive your full payment including our bank transfer costs!

Ship-To Address
If you would like us to ship your gift to a different address you may do so at no additional charge. We are also able to ship to multiple addresses. Each address in a multiple address order should be treated as a new order. Simply submit a new order for every new address.

Please allow for additional time during the peak Halloween or Christmas season. 
Overseas
We are happy to ship our costumes to Canada and the UK as well as to Germany, Austria and Switzerland or other european countries. Before ordering please review the Customs and Import Duties for International Shipping mentioned below.
During the checkout process you will be able to select your preferred shipping method:
1. First Class Mail International (uninsured)
First Class Mail International is a low priced shipping option. There is no insurance available for this service!
Therefore please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for items which might get lost or damaged in transit when using First Class Mail International as shipping method. Also there is no tracking information available from USPS for items shipped with First Class Mail International. Shipping insurance and tracking is only available for items shipped with Priority Mail International (see 2.)!
2. Priority Mail International (insured)
Priority Mail International is a reliable and moderate priced shipping option. All items shipped with Priority Mail International will be insured against loss and damage and limited tracking information will be available for your shipment at www.usps.com. In addition you can even expect a shorter delivery time in the majority of cases.
We strongly recommend to all of our international customers to select Priority Mail International as their shipping method!

Accuracy of Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing). Please also make sure we have your correct e-mail address. Otherwise we will not be able to contact you and therefore we will not be able to confirm or process your order!
Shipping Disclaimer
Some items may incur an additional shipping charge due to their size/weight and/or the distance they are being shipped. We will contact you with these charges before the order is processed for your final approval. 
Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO Addresses
At the current time, we are not shipping to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska or Hawaii! 
Customs and Import Duties for International Shipping
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you! We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from costume-box.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If you refuse to pay the customs, the package will likely be abandoned, and you will still be responsible for full payment including shipping fees and all product charges.
Please be aware that some countries will not allow goods "Made in China" to be received in their country. If this is the case, the customs office in that country may refuse to allow the package to be delivered to you. Costume-Box.com cannot be responsible for this situation and will not refund any cost of ordered items or cost of shipping if the package is refused by customs.
Please check with your local customs office before ordering, in order to prevent any difficulties in getting your order delivered to you in a country outside the USA.
