We added this payment module on special request from our customers in Europe. If you would like to use it, please make sure you cover ALL arising expenses for the bank transfer, or the order cannot be considered as payed and therefore cannot be shipped. We will ship your order as soon as we receive your full payment including our bank transfer costs!

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the State of South Carolina. All deliveries inside the State of South Carolina will be charged with 6 % SC sales tax.

Shopping at costume-box.com is safe. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.
Return Policy
We do our very best to ensure that you have an easy and pleasant shopping experience with us. Our products are carefully chosen to meet strict quality guidelines. However, if you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase for the selling price of the product by strictly following the return guidelines listed below.
All refunds will be made to the person/credit card that made the original purchase. All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to three weeks for refunds to be processed. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply.
Returning Defective Items:
- Please e-mail us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions before sending back any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and not be credited.
- All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of the item so that the claim may be filed with our shipping courier.
Return Policy for Costumes and Accessories:
- Please e-mail us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions before sending back any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and not be credited.
- Costumes may be returned/exchanged for a different size or another item of equal or greater value within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Costumes to be exchanged due to incorrect size MUST be in new, unused, resalable condition in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. The items will be sent back to you at your expense if we feel they have been worn and no credit will be issued. Please open your costume and try it on as soon as it arrives.
- IMPORTANT: Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, costumes purchased between October 1st and October 31st cannot be returned or exchanged!!! During this period ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please be sure to review sizes and double check your shopping cart contents before ordering!
- All costume returns are subject to a 20 % restocking fee.
- Costume styles are subject to change without notice, due to manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding with this issue.
- No returns or exchanges on costumes with masks, make up, wigs, facial hair, and attachable hair pieces.
- Accessories: There are no returns or exchanges on Hats, Wigs, Masks, Make-Up or any other Costume Accessories.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We recommend that any returns you send to us be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during shipment back to our company, we will not be able to refund you. Instead, you will need to contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim.
- All Shipping & Handling Fees are not refundable.
- Any non-defective orders that are refused or marked "return to sender" will have freight charges deducted from your return.

Cancellation Policy
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us as quickly as possible by e-mail. We will do our best to prevent your order from shipping, however, because our systems are automated, we cannot always guarantee cancellations. If your order does ship out, your order will need to meet all the terms and conditions as outlined in our return policy including restocking fees. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
